blueberry crisp

Ricky Lauren has spent countless summers in The Hamptons and has now written a book with a taste of her favourite delicious recipes. Below is her scrumptious Blueberry Crisp which was featured in this month's Lonny Mag.

For the Base:
3  cups fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons of sugar
Juice and zest of 1 lemon

For the crisp topping:
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) salted butter softened 

Preheat oven to 375°F

Bake until golden on top, 40 to 45 minutes
